We are looking for an experienced exterior-cleaning operative to support window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter vacuuming and specialist cleaning at managed properties across London.
The right person will plan access carefully, protect surrounding areas and leave clients with clear evidence of safe, complete work.
What you'll do
- Carry out reach-and-wash and traditional window cleaning to residential and commercial buildings.
- Complete pressure washing, fascia and soffit cleaning and external wash-downs.
- Support gutter vacuuming and provide clear condition photographs and reports.
- Set up exclusion areas, protect surfaces and manage hoses and equipment safely.
- Check water quality, equipment condition and access arrangements before starting.
- Record completed work and report access limitations or building defects promptly.
What we're looking for
- Commercial window or exterior-cleaning experience.
- A full UK driving licence and ability to travel between London sites.
- Experience with water-fed poles, pressure washers or gutter-vac systems.
- Good understanding of work-at-height controls and safe equipment use.
- Presentable, dependable and comfortable working around residents and the public.
- For subcontractors: UTR, public liability insurance and relevant training evidence.
