Bloc FM is recruiting reliable cleaners to look after communal areas within residential blocks and managed estates across London. You will work to clear site schedules and make sure entrances, corridors, stairs and shared facilities are clean, safe and presentable.
The right person will notice the details, work efficiently without close supervision and communicate promptly when a site needs additional attention.
What you'll do
- Clean entrances, lobbies, stairwells, corridors, lifts and other communal areas.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, disinfect touchpoints and clean internal glazing.
- Inspect bin stores and external entrance areas, removing litter where required.
- Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and record completed visits.
- Report damage, leaks, hazards, access issues and low consumable levels.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and leave stores organised.
What we're looking for
- Previous commercial, residential-block or communal cleaning experience preferred.
- Dependable attendance, strong timekeeping and pride in presentation.
- Ability to work independently across a planned round of properties.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for schedules, photographs and reports.
- A polite and professional manner around residents, clients and site teams.
- A driving licence is helpful for mobile rounds but not essential for every route.
